Bohdan Neswiacheny

Bohdan (Bud) Neswiacheny has extensive experience in all aspects of insurance defense and commercial litigation. He has worked in the insurance defense field for over twenty-five (25) years and has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. His experience has included numerous trials, the defense of cases involving catastrophic injuries, extra-contractual claims, bad faith claims, contract disputes, coverage disputes, construction defect claims, mass torts/class actions and employment discrimination (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). In the commercial field, he has extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for corporate clients.
